Ann made my stay this time a real pleasure. I have COPD with other complications. I had an attack and wasn't able to catch my breath. She seemed to come out of nowhere, settled me down and asked the doctor for pain meds because I had a lot of chest pain. I was very impressed with her being a sweetheart. Kind, knowledgeable, efficient. She also demonstrated leadership qualities with the rest of her team.
