Anna is an exemplary nurse-kind, caring and encouraging. I was having trouble urinating without intermittent caths; she helped me with the caths and encouraged me until I could urinate normally. Little acts of kindness, humor and a wonderful smile, constant encouragement. I am so very grateful to her.
