What appears as another day providing care to patients is anything but to Anna Bishop. Having been an ICU nurse among other roles for several years, one would expect such a nurse to have significant burnout toward either fellow nurses, patient care, or both.

This nurse demonstrates great care, compassion, empathy, teaching, and devotion to both patients and other nurses. She has an exceptional mind and utilizes her ability and knowledge to provide not only exceptional patient care, but also in training and uplifting both newer nurses and nurses with some moderate education and skill levels, as well as treating everyone with dignity and respect.

She is an amazing example of what it means to become the nurse you want to be when you grow up, and she continues to provide an example of this every day she shows up to work.
