Anna Broadbooks, RN

Anna Broadbooks was the primary provider or nursing care for my 84-year old mother who was in the ER for the second time in six days. While waiting for a room and after going into a room, Anna brought a warm and soothing bedside manner to a guest who did not really want to be a guest. She made an effort to engage with both her and me in a manner that demonstrated both care and respect. That day seemed like a very active one in the ER and I really appreciated the time taken to provide a human touch.
