Anna was my nurse when I was admitted to the ER. I was nervous about my condition, but even more nervous about being a patient. She was so kind and warm. She was clearly very smart and efficient, I fully trusted her. She came to visit me the next day and she wasn't even working on the unit that day. I have been a nurse for close to 10 years, and always wondered what it would be like to be on the other side. I can honestly say my stay in the ER wasn't a negative one at all, and it was mostly due to the great care I received.
