Anna Crane 2023, RN

Today my father was extubated. Anna was incredible - she explained everything that was happening, gave him a chance to ask questions where he could, and made him part of the process. She exudes an incredibly kind and compassionate confidence and makes all of us feel okay. When my dad wasn’t able to explain exactly why he’d entered the hospital days ago, she made him feel comfortable in knowing why he couldn’t remember and made it less scary knowing so much time had passed for him.
