I would like to convey to her chain of command a large amount of care, compassion, and overall knowledge in regard to my completed procedure, a path provided to the total rehabilitation of my life existence. Her positive smile and demeanor is a true spoken statement for your entire care team. I would like her to be recognized and celebrated.

The compassion and care Anna showed me is beyond words! I have never in my 71 years had a nurse anywhere make me feel so cared about! I pray she continues to be as she was to me because I know so many will be blessed! I truly felt like her only patient. That kind of teamwork and lightheartedness when you are hurting really gets your mind off of what you are going through. I was so blessed to have the best care, and I will never forget it! Please show Anna the honor she deserves!
