My wife came to the hospital very ill with a low sodium condition. She was weak, nauseous, and confused. Anna was her nurse for 3 days. Anna shows a high degree of nursing skill and an extraordinary level of compassion. She really seems to enjoy caring for her patients and spent a good amount of time with my wife making sure she was comfortable, understood her medications as she administered them, and was informed of her treatments, in addition to just dropping in to check on her and talk with her.

My wife needed a lot of attention and assistance, especially using the bathroom. Anna always seemed honored to assist her with every aspect of that process, some of which was most unpleasant. We have always had good experiences with the nurses at DMH. But Anna demonstrates an exemplary level of skill and compassion beyond the norm.
