Anna went above and beyond to notice her patient was having issues with her tube and alerted respiratory and the doctor. She vowed to stay and hold the tube until all family could return and talk with the palliative care team. Anna was able to make this difficult time for the family a better experience overall. She is a certified critical care nurse who models professionalism and leadership. She goes beyond the scope of her job to serve her patients and the ICU team she works with.
