There was a 3-year-old direct admit who was very sick and needed a higher level of care. Anna was very persistent from the time the child was admitted that the child needed a higher level of care. The child was then transferred to a PICU in Tucson. Anna was very on top of the situation from the get go and made sure he was transferred quickly. Thank God for Anna.
