Anna goes out of her way to take care of patients and I have never seen anyone as passionate about her role as a patient advocate. When she is in charge, she has your discharge paperwork done before you even see it pop up! If someone needs an IV started, done. If someone needs a Foley inserted, done. Pain meds needed, done. No matter what someone asks, she smiles and says, "sure thing, girlfriend!" She also goes out of her way to find teaching moments for patients and staff. She is a great role model.
