Anna is such a wonderful addition to our night shift family. She is attentive, caring, and understanding of our patient's needs at all times. Recently, Anna offered herself up for help to a new nurse who recently came off orientation. She made herself available to assist this new RN and guided him with answers to all his questions. This is not new behavior demonstrated by Anna. She routinely offers help to her co-workers and always does it with a smile. I routinely get compliments from patients about Anna's care.
