Anna Grace started right off the bat taking care of my dad. She was able to get his meds down him by putting them in a syringe (applesauce and crushed meds) to make it easier for him to swallow. I had to meet with hospice and she was great at listening to my concerns and speaking with the charge nurse and the doctors to help with the arrangements. She was very patient and understanding in answering any questions I had about Dad's condition and prognosis. She definitely had my dad's best interest in all that she did for him.
