Anna is so nice. She comes in on shift and informs us of all new information on B. Any question we have, she answers and goes beyond that to explain every detail about her condition and what her monitors mean. She tells us all the possible outcomes and her medical opinion on where we may go from here. She is always here to watch B's monitors and comes as soon as her numbers change in the slightest or her machines ding. She can look at her numbers on her ventilator monitor and immediately can tell if she needs to be suctioned because of fluid in her lungs. She is gentle with her and very caring. She went out of her way to make us a Valentine's gift with our baby's feet on it. I feel so confident in Anna that she is the only nurse here that I do not feel nervous when we have to leave B's room. Anna is so knowledgeable about everything concerning B and her condition. She explains things we never even knew we should ask about. She helped us understand RSV and what to expect completely. It gave us more peace and less worry to know everything about her condition. Anna goes above and beyond to make us and B feel comfortable and confident. We love and appreciate Anna and Children's Hospital for the exceptional care we have received. Thank you.
