Ms. Huang's warm smile, empathy, advocacy and professionalism in doing her job have taught me not to stress out anymore. One day I was stressing out and even though Anna was very busy helping so many other patients, she took it in stride with a smile and in a matter of two hours she had taken care of everything. This included having a dietician, two doctors and an appointment with the hospital Director in my room at my bedside. Anna has shown me to go forward and to go get it done, no stress and wear a smile all the time. I now find myself making people smile any way possible just like she does and it makes me feel good inside. She is extraordinary.
