Anna Greco always has a bubbly smile and a helping hand whenever you need it. She shows compassion and love to every patient she cares for no matter the situation. Anna was presented with a very sad situation when she came to her shift, and she took it on with the utmost love, compassion, and professionalism. Anna's patient was placed on comfort care and the patient did not have any family to be with her during her last moments earth-side. Anna held her patient, sang to her, prayed for her, and let her know love in her final moments until she passed peacefully. When we agree to take care of children, we know that we will hold them at their happiest moments and some of the saddest moments as well. Anna held herself in such a beautiful and professional way through the whole situation. Anna always is such a shining light in our department and this is why I think she is a DAISY Nurse.
