On more than one occasion Anna has demonstrated her ability to provide efficient care for our patients. On the first occasion, she ensured that a baby who was having difficulty breathing received the immediate care needed and arranged transfer to an outside facility. On a second occasion, she managed a situation which involved a patient and mother who were in a potentially dangerous situation. In both cases, these events were handled after hours during a time when administrative and other support staff was not at the hospital. The patients benefited from Anna's quick actions and her ability to safely and efficiently manage the situations with limited resources.
