Anna took all of the necessary precautions, applied the necessary pads (electrodes) but could sense my anxiety/fear and sat on the side of my bed and held my hand as she administered the drug; not once but twice. All the while by my side, she exhibited empathy, compassion, caring patient care, and took unhurried time. She exemplifies all of the qualities at the top of the nomination form and is MOST DESERVING of all possible recognition. She is the benchmark by which all others should be measured. I will forever remember her kindness and compassion.
