I have worked with Anna for about 12 years. She is an exemplary role model for the residents, student, and attendings. She rounds with the team and assists the residents with all their work duties, including their notes, orders and performing procedures (e.g. LPs). She also serves as a liaison with the floor and ICU nurses as well as the patients, returning after rounds to better communicate orders or tests. Her background working at a remote U.S. embassy in Russia and in the HMC Urgent Care has served her well. I strongly believe she is one of the most invaluable members of our team!
