Anna consistently goes above and beyond for her patients and co-workers, showing compassion, skill, and dedication. She treats everyone with kindness, makes them feel valued, and resembles the true spirit of nursing at Good Shepherd.

Anna goes the extra mile to help with patients. She went with me to help a patient who was not too sure about their abilities and really did not want to be at Good Shepherd. Anna would encourage this patient and joke with them, which broke the ice, helping the patient and me move forward in a more positive and supportive direction in the patient's care. Sometimes people just need to know you see them.
