Anna Lordan, RN

I would like to nominate Nurse Anna Lordan for recognition due to the exceptional care and compassion she provided to my father and our family during his final moments. My father was in and out of the hospital and rehab for a month, battling pneumonia, COVID and delirium. On Friday night, his oxygen levels plummeted, and he was moved to Johnson Floor Three. On Saturday, our entire family gathered as he struggled. Throughout this heartbreaking time, Nurse Anna L, along with the Respiratory Therapist, went above and beyond to ensure my father was comfortable. She provided not only medical care but also emotional support, guiding us through an incredibly painful and difficult transition. Her kindness, professionalism, and empathy made an unbearable moment just a little easier. We are deeply grateful for her dedication and the humanity she brought to our family’s experience. Anna L. embodies the true essence of nursing, and we believe she deserves to be recognized for the extraordinary difference she made in our lives.
