Nurse Anna provided outstanding service, showing respect and compassion with patient- centered care and exceptional clinical skills. I had a bad experience upon admission starting in the E.R. and ended up having to stay for 12 days on the 8th floor Trauma unit. By day 10 I was experiencing delirium and a breakdown. Nurse Anna stepped in and took over to calm me down and provided me with the tools needed to get through and adapt to my new lifelong situation. She made sure that my stay was comfortable, pleasant, quiet, and tolerable (even with my pain). She even went above and beyond to contact each department with questions and concerns that I had upon discharge and made the stay of my family member comfortable and safe as well. She knew exactly what to do and say to make our experience great. She is an Extraordinary Nurse and very deserving the DAISY Award!​
