On Monday morning Nurse Anna came into my mom's room and introduced herself asking if there was anything she could do for her. My mother told her she was very cold and Anna responded with I will take care of that; and she did. From that point on Anna took great care of my mom. When I arrived Monday afternoon Anna introduced herself to me and gave me an update of my mom's status. Later that day I started noticing just how caring Anna was with my mom. I was truly impressed! When my mom left the hospital she told all her family and friends just how well Anna took care of her.

Anna is someone very special, a gifted RN. Anna was the driving force that wasn't giving up until she felt my husband got the care that he needed, she vowed she wasn't leaving until she knew he was going to be okay. Anna was persistent in making phone calls throughout the day into the late evening to my husband's primary doctor to have him moved to Critical Care. Anna's shift had ended but she kept her promise and stayed with my husband until he was transferred to Critical Care. We are so grateful to have Anna with us that day, it was like having a Guardian Angel by our side. We really believe that Ann's persistence saved my husband's life.
