My ninety-one-year-old daddy has been in the hospital several times this year. He has had some wonderful, caring nurses but one nurse really touched his heart. Anna Mainelli did not JUST take care of him as a nurse does, she went above and beyond by explaining everything she was doing for him and why she was doing it! My daddy is still "sharp as a tack" but wanted to know exactly why and what she was doing. Anna didn't just go through the motions. I could see in her face the love she had for patients and it was her priority. She answered all of our questions as well and had so much patience with us when we asked again! Daddy enjoyed conversations with her and it meant the world to us that she really listed. She is smart, caring, and patient. We couldn't have been more pleased!
