While traveling from New York City to New Orleans, we were passing through Georgia. I became ill and was hospitalized at your facility. Once in my room, the first RN I met was Anna Marlow.

Anna was very friendly with a cheerful smile on her face. She listened patiently and with compassion to my concerns. She went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable. She made a special connection with me through her emotional support. I felt so comfortable with her and at ease. This was so important to me since I was alone in Georgia at this time and having this emotional support was important to me. I was put at ease and did not feel the sense of being alone.
