Nurse Anna went far and beyond her role. She explained things to us in a way that we understood what was going on with Mom's cancer such as equipment use at home. She was very caring and treated my Mom like a human being and not as a means to earn a paycheck. Anna had excellent bedside manner and treated Mom with dignity and respect. She is a great leader and instructor to new RNs on the unit. She is great at what she does!
