Miss Anna did everything she could for me while I was staying two nights in the hospital for the first time with a broken Fibula due to rugby. Right off the bat we had a connection since her son went to Kutztown University as did I with both of us being in our senior year. Right away she was like a mom figure to me. During the night we would just talk about really anything going on, and she made me feel comfortable. The second night when I had a roommate who would not stop talking on the phone, Anna ran all over trying to find me earplugs and an eye mask so that I could fall asleep. For never staying overnight in a hospital, Anna made me feel very comfortable.
