There are not enough words to express my appreciation for everything that Anna did for me. She was caring, considerate, concerned about pain levels, and very attentive to my needs. Anna was there for me whenever I needed her. She would check on me throughout her shift always concerned as to how I was doing, feeling, what level was my pain, and if I needed anything to just ask. Anna kept a close watch on me when it came to my not being able to have a bowel movement. What I appreciated most was when I became quite depressed, and I started to cry because it didn’t seem like I was improving. I knew I had to go to the bathroom and conquer those steps for PT before I could go home. Anna took the time to talk to me. She held my hand and helped me dry my tears with her reassurance and kindness. Anna also made a special visit to me at the end of her shift on Sunday as I was going home the next day to tell me goodbye and wish me well. Thank you, Anna, for everything and for being such a kind, caring, and compassionate person, and for always being there for me. You will always have a special place in my heart.
