Anna Nolette, RN

I was brought into the emergency room with severe lower back pain. The ER was extremely busy that afternoon, and I waited a few hours before being seen. Even though I understood how many patients were there that day, I was still very uncomfortable.

Anna came in to assist with setting up an IV line and did so with ease. She distracted me from the pain with casual conversation while the doctor prepared my paperwork for the medication I needed.

Despite how busy the unit was, Anna made me feel as though I was her only patient. She continually checked on me and kept me updated on my care,
