Anna Norton, RN
Anna has been a blessing to my husband, my daughters, and me. Her kindness and the way she treats my husband show how much she truly cares about her patients.
Before she started caring for my husband, the room was a mess. In the morning when Anna arrived, my daughters told me there was a new nurse, and she organized and cleaned the whole room. When we returned, the difference was noticeable—everything was clean and organized.
She was very attentive to my husband, always checking that he was clean and that his sheets and pillows were fresh. I remember my husband’s right eye was red and irritated. Anna quickly took action, got the proper medication, and bandaged his eye before her shift ended. She did this for two days, and now his eye is much better.
She was also very concerned when my husband was having a bowel movement and would gently encourage him to move. When he did, Anna would clean him up with the help of another nurse and made sure to tell him he did a great job. She talked to my husband and encouraged him to move his body and follow commands. My husband has improved greatly, and Anna has been a big part of that.
Anna is passionate about what she does, empathetic toward her patients, and has earned our trust. She is truly admirable, and you can clearly see how much she loves her patients and her job as a nurse.
