I didn’t even realize there was a Special Nursing Service at HMC until I was a patient for daily antibiotic treatments. I could have nominated every person in this department that took care of me. Their knowledge and high standard of care were phenomenal! A young bubbly nurse named Anna had me smiling the minute I entered the facility. Her kind and gentle attitude helped ease my anxiousness whenever I would arrive for my infusions. It didn’t matter what time I came in or how long she had been working that day. Her sunny disposition, and knowledge to answer my questions, were well beyond appreciated. She always made sure to accommodate my husband’s questions as well. Thank you, Anna, for making our everyday trip to HMC welcoming.

Anna knows her work well and is a caring, wonderful person to be around. She makes a person feel good just by being nearby. Even with a mask on, Anna smiles with her eyes so strongly it lights up a room.
