Where do I begin? I think Anna personifies nursing. She always puts her patients first. No matter what, she always made time to answer my questions, carries a notebook, writes down all important information. When a doctor visits she stays, sometimes interjects information, and writes thorough notes. When the shift changes, she brings in the night nurse and goes through the day and all related information for my care.
She is an exemplary nurse. I come from a time when nurses had time to give backrubs and bed baths. I know and understand that time has passed but Anna is her own Florence Nightingale. She is always busy yet never makes you feel rushed. What a treasure!
