Anna's critical thinking skills are sharp. She is very passionate about who she cares for. It’s very clear she was called to do this work. She paid attention to every detail of my care by being proactive. I felt like I was being taken care of by a family member or close friend or even a daughter. When a medication change took place, Anna saw that my numbers were headed in the wrong direction. My temperature went up and so did my fever. She started noticing a change in my oxygen saturation and complexion. She proactively gathered all data and lab work and presented it to the doctor to avoid me becoming septic. As a result the doctor changed my antibiotic right away! I started to begin healing.
