Anna Salcido, RN

I don't wish to nominate Anna based on one event or story. There are simply too many to list and I would be downplaying their vital role here with just one example. Instead, I wish to nominate them for their unwavering compassion, respect, team work and leadership that has never ceased since I began working with them. Anna is a problem solver of the highest order. In all of my interactions with Anna, her focus has never been on anything but the patient, staff and how best to serve the mission in the best interest of those two parties. She is a natural leader and shining example of the attitude, approach and work ethic all of us should be aspiring to be no matter what stage of our careers we are in. I am honored to work with Anna and will always be a better nurse for my time spent sharing the same mission. I highly recommend this nurse be nominated for a DAISY Award and I would like them to be highly considered for national nomination.
