I came in after having an allergic reaction to shellfish. Even though my mom tried to keep me calm, I was scared. Anna Schmick calmed me down, explaining everything to me: why they were doing treatments, how the treatment was going to help, and how I was going to be ok. She kept checking in on me, making sure I was ok physically and making sure I wasn't scared anymore.
