We were in the ER with my daughter for a febrile seizure. She had another seizure in the ER, and Anna stepped in to help another nurse and prevented a medication error. She also did a very good job keeping us informed and caring for the entire family. She kept us up to date on the availability of transport to the Children’s Hospital in St Louis. She called several different places to help us. I was very impressed with her level of professionalism. The care we received and the level of competence she had in her job. She also called my husband later in the day to check in on the entire family. She went above and beyond for us.
