My mom got admitted to the hospital and she was so confused. We were worried about how we could keep in touch and take care of her. Our fears were erased because this nurse kept us informed always. She called me at night and before she finished her shift in the morning to report changes and what happened during her shift.
I always requested this nurse because I felt comfortable that she will take good care of my mom. She talks to her in our language (Tagalog), jokes with her, and tells my mom "WE LOVE HER". It is very difficult when we cannot visit as much to see my mom.
If you have a nurse who is sincere to help both the patient and us, the family, it makes a big difference. We are very happy with our mother's care under Shiela Booth.
