In short, Anna is very knowledgeable, professional, warm, conscientious, diligent, and responsible. In more detail, she doesn't leave even the smallest detail for granted.

For instance, she always checked and double-checked the meds and actually caught mistakes I was about to make. She gave me recommendations on a diet, mobility, scheduling, medication interactions, and daily routine, based on her extensive knowledge in these areas. Her visits were always thorough, and the follow-up was diligent, which was very comforting to both the patient and caregivers. Honestly, it took so much pressure off my shoulders. I can't tell you how much it improved and sped up the recovery process. She proactively checks and verifies all aspects of the patient's routine and progress.

In addition to experience and professionalism, Anna is very friendly, easy-going, very gentle, and warm, so everybody felt comfortable around her. We are grateful to VHC for allowing us to get help from one of their best providers—or probably the best!
