Anna, you are such a strong nurse. You have great critical thinking skills. You ask questions when you are unsure about something especially when it concerns the safety of our patients. I love how you are attentive to your patients and go above and beyond for them. You’re a great team player! You answer call lights and assist your coworkers when needed. Our job is difficult and working night shift makes it even harder. You do wonderful work, and you truly deserve to be recognized for all your hard work. Anna, continue to use your excellent critical thinking skills and continue to have that positive energy/ attitude.
