Anna has been through my entire experience with me since diagnosis 1 year ago. She's seen me at my best and at my worst. Yet, her demeanor remains upbeat, calm, and encouraging. One day PT couldn't come, so Anna took it upon herself to take me on a walk around the unit and to all the windows so I could see the outside world. This was done at a time when she had multiple responsibilities. She has made my day by just offering a huge and "hello". Thank you Anna for going above and beyond.
