I would like to nominate Anna Weems, RN at the Sheffield clinic. Anna is a true leader and caregiver. She cares deeply for the health and well-being of her patients. She strives to help them obtain the best quality of their lives on dialysis. She works diligently to help her FA by taking on multiple champion roles in the clinic and precepting new RNs. She has been instrumental in the education and conversion of patients to home. Anna is also a team player. She is always willing to help her teammates not just at her clinic but all over the Region and even for the past year helping in another state on a regular basis.
