My brother was in the PCU unit for a variety of issues. I visited him for hours each day over multiple days. 

The first day I visited, Anna was very kind and answered every one of my questions; and boy, did I have a lot! The second day I came back to visit, I sat with my brother for 5 to 6 hours, and Anna and I had a lovely conversation. She is very sweet and she didn't mind a friendly chat as she was working. 

Each time my brother needed something, Anna came to the room quickly. I apologized for bothering her, and she said, "No apologies." This helped relieve my anxiety! At one point, my brother asked for a blanket from the warmer. I told her that a normal blanket was just fine. He wanted a warmed blanket, but I told him that we were not going to bug Anna anymore this afternoon. A few minutes later, she brought in a blanket for both of us! 

Even though we were there for days, and Anna was there for days and probably had minimal sleep each day, her kindness never wavered, and her care never dwindled. Thank you, Anna, for taking wonderful care of my brother and for being so good to him.
