When I arrived at Kaiser hospital, I was a little hesitant due to how I have been treated at other hospitals. But I was very ill, and I needed to go. While my nurse Anna Yakimtsev RN did everything and more possible, she explained the side effects of my new meds. She completely made me feel comfortable and she helped me with any and everything as well as helping others. She was courteous, kind, loving, and very warm. She changed my whole perspective of hospitals and experiences. I'm in awe of everyone here working hard, taking care of others, and putting themselves at risk during this COVID-19 pandemic. For me, Kaiser Permanente is the best hospital. Thank you I appreciate you and I'm thankful for you. I would just like to say thank you all for putting yourselves on the line to help us. Even if sometimes people treat you poorly. I appreciate you all and am very honored to have been taken care of at your facility. Sincerely a very blessed patient.

I have had the privilege of being under Anna's care for two days on the swing shift. She has always been very professional and very kind and always makes me feel comfortable during my stay at the hospital but she went above and beyond one day to help me go home when the day shift nurse was not able to accomplish in 4 hours which she achieved in about 1 hour. See the doctors released me in the morning but I needed a C-pap machine and a heart monitor before I could go home which day shift nurse couldn't make happen. This made me very upset and she noticed. Thank you, Anna, for making my day!
