The member states that they called in at 1:30 PM on the day specified to speak with an advice nurse complaining of symptoms typical of gastric distress which the member has had before. Annabelle told the member they needed to go to the hospital immediately and when they did, they found an enormous tumor that had to be removed urgently. The member states that this advice nurse saved her life.
