Annaly Reyes, RN

Compassion - 2023 was the hardest year of my life, and Annaly was there for me in the darkest of times. She not only cared about my physical health, but she actually encouraged me to seek mental health help. That encouragement saved my life! Excellence - Annaly has recently been promoted to a co-charge position, and she is amazing at it! She leads her team with extensive skill and leads by example. She is amazing at her job and I never worry when she is my nurse. Safety - She always follows sterile procedure and her calm confidence has made me feel better about the risks associated with my central line. I have had several emergency situations arise while I am getting treatment, and Annaly is always the first person I look for because she keeps me calm and assures me that I'm going to be ok. She leads each crisis with confident authority and puts my wellbeing above everything else. (Note that Annaly received a DAISY nomination from her FIRST patient too!)
