Andrea Cluster was the best person I dealt with during my stay at Good Shepherd. Sometimes I felt like I was just another checkbox to be ticked, but Andy was the first person to actually listen to my issues, fears, and concerns and provide both comfort and practical solutions for me. My first night there was awful, but my second night was worse, and Andy got me through it. She is the best kind of Professional who balances knowledge, skill, and compassion, and she always took the time to talk to me and really understand what I was asking. She gave me the best answers to my questions of anyone I talked to, balancing compassion with honesty and practicality. Andy is a credit to her profession and your organization.
