Passion - Anne took the time to explain everything prior to doing anything. I felt she was very knowledgeable and provided professionalism and respect towards me and my daughter. Empathy - She is very caring and shared her experience as a patient. She understood what it felt like. Trust and Teamwork - I trusted Anne with my care. I had previous bad experiences and she reassured me that everything was going to be ok. Admirable for their care- Anne really loves her job and it shows. It is refreshing to know there are nurses who still believe in the profession.
