A patient was having difficulty understanding the process of his care. Anne, in her kind and gentle demeanor, bent down close to the patient’s ear and explained patiently and in detail what to expect with his care. The patient immediately began to relax. Her peers state that Anne is a joy to work with and is always kind and gentle with the patients.
