My father had been very ill and unable to sleep very much for a few nights in a row while at the hospital. His medical condition was serious and he also has dementia. Although he had a hired agency "sitter" in the evenings, Dad displayed some behaviors that might have been considered a bit manic due to the insomnia. Anne knew how to calm my dad down in a professional way that took patience and ingenuity. We are really appreciate her kindness and knowledge when my dad needed it the most.
