When I was a patient, Anne would come in early every morning. She would say "you look uncomfortable". She would take the time to maneuver me in the bed. She would then just sit and talk to me. She even gave me a hug. People just don't do that anymore, but to me, that meant so much! As an old man having gone through chemo treatment, I really needed that. She is the Clara Barton of this hospital. She really cares about all the patients.
